Dr. Steve Lochridge

Chiropractor

 

Dr. Steven Lochridge is a native of Escondido, CA. His focus is on injury care, sports recovery, rehab and family wellness. He treats many military, athletes, students, and families with a strong emphasis in functional movement. He incorporates physical activity and exercise to maintain healthy recovery and strength for longevity and a pain-free life. He is certified in Chiropractic Rehabilitation and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician®. He volunteered as a team doctor for many teams, treating  amateur and professional athletes, assisting with first-aid and injury evaluation. He has an extensive background in personal injury and experience in treating injuries. His emphasis is an evidence-based approach to chiropractic care and how it can be used to facilitate healing.

Jill Jancic, L.Ac.

Acupuncturist

 

Jill is a California board certified acupuncturist and herbalist. With more than 17 years of hands-on experience in holistic health, Jill began her commitment to the healing arts in 2002 as an Ayurvedic massage therapist and therapeutic yoga teacher. She holds a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. She offers effective treatments for a wide variety of conditions, utilizing gentle Japanese and Chinese acupuncture techniques, moxibustion, cupping, herbal medicine, nutrition and supplements.  Jill provides thoughtful care and compassion to each patient. She is in private practice here at Country Club Chiropractic and serves as the resident acupuncturist and holistic educator at the Golden Door retreat center in San Marcos.

Christine Crisostomo, H.H.P.

Massage Therapist

 

Christine was born in Tammunng, Guam in 1973. She came to San Diego with her family in 1976 where she attended school in Escondido and graduated from Escondido High School in 1992. Christine worked at the Longs Drugs on Rose St. in Escondido for 12 years. While working at Longs she attended Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 1998 right after her son was born, getting her H.H.P. certification in May 2002. Shortly after, she came to work in our office and has been associated with us since then. Christine went back to school to become a certified aesthetician and completed her certification in January 2006 after her second child was born. She offers Therapeutic Bodywork and Skincare to our clients.

Dr. Bill Puett

Hypnotherapist

 

Bill is a certified hypnotherapist with the International Hypnosis Federation and with the American Board of Hypnotherapy. He was a Regents Scholar at UC Berkeley and a Chancellor's Teaching Fellow at UCLA. He is a Professor Emeritus with a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a specialty in Mind/Body theory. He has worked with clients that were successful athletes and coaches in high school, college, and Major League Baseball, professional tennis, golf and Olympic rowing.

Heidi Tieszen

Office Manager / Chiropractic Assistant

 

Heidi grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to California in 2000, when she was 17. She was homeschooled through 11th grade but after moving to California, she attended Escondido High School for her Senior year, graduating in 2001. A month later, she started working at our office as a receptionist and in 2006, she became the office manager. When Heidi isn't working she enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter and her dog.  She is an avid reader, loves sports and likes spending time outdoors.

Kathy Puett

Front Office Staff

Kathy was born in Chicago and moved to Gardena, California when she was two. She has a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. She has been married for 32 years to Bill Puett, and they have two grown daughters and a Corgi mix named Dooby. She has been the office manager for Yasuharu Harrison for 15 years. In her free time, she volunteers for Elizabeth Hospice sewing keepsake cuddle bears. She also enjoys reading, seeing friends, and going to musicals and movies.
